With more than 25 years in contracting and custom home building, Jessica has spent her career at the intersection of design and craftsmanship. She founded ELARA after recognizing a consistent gap in the market — architectural-grade fenestration systems that combined true performance with design integrity, available to clients at every project level.

Sarai Konezera

Vice President & Co-Founder
Sarai brings over a decade of manufacturing expertise and an exacting operational standard to every ELARA system. Her background in production and supply chain ensures that what ELARA promises in design is delivered in fabrication — without compromise.
